• We check costs for material test certificates, bank guaranty, inspection, packing and most suitable mode of transportation and agreed Incoterms.

• We feed our modern and professional ERP system with all relevant data as part of business continuity. This system is accessible for revisions even if we are out of station.

• We provide our techno commercial proposal or alternative documents as per your standards.

• We provide all required documents for your technical approval.

• We stand-by for any question you have or further assistance. We offer communication channels incl. video conference.

• In case of an order we take care about the purchase, delivery time, quality control, inspection, certificates, export, packing and shipment.

• You will receive ERP-generated documents such as quotation, revisions, delivery notes, invoice, credit note, etc.

• We follow-up with you and stand-by for anything related to this job or future requirements.
